Graham uses a combination of information from an easy to fill out questionnaire and a cast taken of your feet (this is easily done by you at home using a casting box sent to you by Orthotics online) to diagnose any problems and ascertain if Orthotics Online will be able to help relieve this problem. He then contacts the person by phone or email either for more information or with a preliminary diagnosis. If he thinks he cannot help he will tell the client at this time (no charge will be made) and give them advice on what they could do next.
Graham then takes a stock device and custom modifies it by use of various materials to create a corrective device that will help the foot to function correctly. These will then be sent right to your door within 21 days along with easy to understand wearing instructions. The total cost is £79.99 plus £5.00 P&P (This includes the casting box return postage and packaging).
Subsequent pairs are also available at a discount of 25% and do not have to be ordered immediately as orthotics online will store your details and prescription.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the result of the orthoses, as long as you return them within 6 weeks a full refund for the cost of the orthoses will be made.
