Upon receipt of the casting box take an impression of your feet using the easy to follow instructions.

Return the box to Orthotics Online using the prepaid envelope along with payment for £84.99 (£79.99 + £5.00 P&P).
You can by by cheque or by credit card using paypal (no account required). If you wish to pay via credit card please tick the relevant box on the from included with the casting box and return it along with the casting box. Once received we will contact you for payment.
step four 
The information from your completed questionnaire and an assessment of your cast will be used to modify a pair of stock devices that will aid or correct your foot function. These will arrive within 21 days.
